Cecil is blind but that doesnt stop him from being a menace. Though he doesnt talk much, he is always ready for a fight or to pick trouble. Because he is blind, his other senses are enhanced and he often prefers to not wear shoes or socks so he can feel the vibrations in the ground to help him navigate. He also can sense changes in the air movement to help direct himself, and he has an incredible sense of hearing. He is of French origin and grew up with Edme. He can sometimes be seen wearing clown makeup and is also under a blood oath.
