Kris is the neighborhood trouble-maker and local shithead. Despite being obnoxious, Kris can be very helpful (especially when bribed with treats or money). His mother has bad memory loss and is also a "crazy cat lady", and she often forgets that she has 8 children, so she neglects them. She takes better care of her cats than she does of her children, so Kris and his siblings dress up as cats so their mother will pay attention to them and feed them. It's quite sad actually.
